Shelley Loring (flute) and Jennifer Goodenberger (piano), will be performing a Holiday concert of music. They will be playing music to celebrate the Winter Solstice, Hanukkah and Christmas.

Pianist and composer, Jennifer Goodenberger will explore the history and transformative elements of music and sound, alternating between discussing music as a healing power, and performing music which illustrates the concepts.

Jennifer will present a solo piano concert of music from the movies, including "Il Postino," "Fly Away Home," "Somewhere in Time," and many more. She will also speak about how the music was used in the film.

Flutist, Shelley Loring, and pianist, Jennifer Goodenberger, will present a concert of music for the Holidays, including music for Hanukkah, Winter's Solstice, Christmas, and Beethoven's Birthday! There will also be carol singing.

Jennifer will be performing a concert of original, solo piano music.

Jennifer will be joined by her niece, Noelle Goodenberger, in performing vocal compositions premiered by Noelle's parents in 1986, in addition to solo piano pieces performed by Jennifer.

This is also a CD release concert for Jennifer's most recent recording, "Sound Within: Meditations for Solo Piano." This CD was created especially for yoga, meditation and healing. As part of the concert, Jennifer will discuss the different techniques she used to craft the music. She will be joined by yoga instructor, Sally Anderson, who will demonstrate yoga poses inspired by the music.
